Great Deal
Very good experience. Eccellent customer service. They quickly answered all questions I had through Whatsapp and sent pictures of the process along the way. Very open and accessible. The custom body I ordered arrived with everything as expected.
I'm very happy with the body I received. It has a very good relic finish with the typical signs of use, cracks, and wear. They're very subtle and will fit very well with the hardware I have.
Communication during the build process was very good. They responded quickly to all my questions and inquiries. The process took longer than expected due to a problem with a CNC machine, but they generously and appropriately compensated me for the wait.
The price seemed very reasonable for a custom-made guitar body with a nitrocellulose lacquer finish.
These guys are awesome! The walnut bass body I ordered is perfect! They also kept in touch with me, not only to answer my queries but also guided me on setting up my guitar body.
